Yes recently installed a 5.06 kW solar PV system on Effect Energy’s rooftop. Effect Energy, headquartered in Garner, NC and certified under the Sustainable Sandhills Sustainable Green Business program, is a HERS, Energy Star, and RESNET certified energy professional. Effect Energy president, Dave Parker, has a flat roof on the company building, which required removing gravel, cement blocks to ballast the system of 22 Yingli 230 watt panels and a Fronius inverter.
