Annual Maintenance Plan – Your Questions Answered
If I did not get my panels from Yes Solar Solutions, can I still sign up for the Annual Maintenance Plan?
Absolutely. The Annual Maintenance Plan is available for everyone within 100 miles of Cary, N.C., regardless of who installed the system.
Does this cover all repairs?
Do I need this if my panels are new?
If your system was not installed by Yes Solar Solutions, the panels may have a warranty we can work with; however, our labor fees would not be included. This plan offers you additional savings for our team to come out.
Will this affect my warranty?
No. If you have a warranty, our team will help work with what is covered and what is not. The all-in-one monitoring app and peace of mind that any repairs that fall outside of warranty are additional benefits beyond unexpected service needs.
Can I track my system performance myself?
Yes. The Annual Maintenance Plan includes the Yes Solar Portal, where you can see real-time system monitoring and monthly performance reports. You can also submit Service Tickets and send friends and family a referral link, which can be a $500 check when a new system is installed by Yes Solar Solutions.
How often will my panels be cleaned?
We will schedule your cleaning once a year and it will continue to be cleaned at that time each year unless you request a change.
