Harnish Patel wanted to give himself a birthday present. His ideal gift was 5.2 kilowatt solar system on the (steep!) roof of his Cary, NC home. The photovoltaic system will generate about 7200 kilowatt hours of clean energy a year from a Fronius inverter and 25 black Solarworld panels, 235 watts each. As an extra special birthday, he also asked Yes! to put a radiant barrier on his attic space. Of course, we said, “Yes!” Happy Birthday Harnish.
